It would start in beautiful Ronda, in the mountains of Southern Spain, and end at Estepona along the Mediterranean coast. He also hoped to climb all 16 via ferratas along the way. With winter approaching, limited time, and minimal gear, it would be a challenge. Backpacking in Spain is certainly different from in the US.
