G.O. 043 - Nick Smolinske Goes Rogue Panda
Nick Smolinske spent his childhood indoors playing video games. Commuting on a bicycle in college triggered something inside that lay dormant and he discovered a passion for active outdoor pursuits. Soon he was slack-lining and competing on a Broomball team. In hopes of saving money, he began creating his own bikepacking gear in his bedroom. This operation would eventually evolve into Rogue Panda Designs and turn Nick into a business owner. Nick and Jason met one day at the Rogue Panda shop in Flagstaff, AZ to discuss the birth of the Panda, the powers of smooth jazz, hacked construction signs, the pleasures of German bread, and the benefits of vacuum sealers.
